To create an outdoor room, Westwood added a covered veranda with solid pine floor and ceiling, posts, and railings. They complimented the new look with a new cedar roof, copper eaves troughs, fascia and soffits.
The project also included adding a beautiful limestone family room and kitchen to the back of the house.
Westwood created an outdoor living space with two terrace areas and intricate limestone landscaping.
To enable more light to enter the owner's downstairs living space, Tony and team excavated the front basement windows and dropped the elevation at the back of the house. They excavated the basement floor to create more ceiling height and finished with a copper-painted metal ceiling, solid cherry floors, doors, trim and wainscoting.
